The VK365 Business Case Evaluation is a premium consulting service that provides you with a clear, structured, and objective written assessment of your business idea. It can serve as a decision-making tool for internal use, or as the starting point for building a professional business plan or pitch deck to present to investors, partners, or funding institutions.
Fee: 500€ + VAT
Total duration: 3 online sessions (60′ + 30–45′ + 60′)
Delivery time: Within 10 business days from the 2nd session

1st Online Meeting (60 min)

Analysis & Assessment Report
- SWOT Analysis: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats
- Risk & Viability Review: Real-world feasibility and key risks
- Business Model Assumptions: Cost structure, success factors, requirements
- Alternative Approaches (when applicable): MVP, phased rollout, lean versions
- Conclusion & Recommendation: Go / Refine / Not Yet
3rd Online Meeting (60 min)
- Presentation and interpretation of the evaluation report
- Discussion of possible next steps: business plan, pitching, partnerships
Deliverable
- A Written Report (PDF or Word, 4–8 pages) with structured feedback, summary conclusions, and actionable suggestions
