Summary of major undertaken projects
ANTENNA TV – DRAGONS’ DEN GREECE
Collaborated with the channel and production team as a Business Advisor for evaluating candidates seeking funding within the framework of the Dragons’ Den show. My responsibilities included:
- Assessing business plans.
- Providing improvement suggestions for business plans.
- Company valuation and exploring funding opportunities.
- Offering advice on effectively communicating ideas to the Dragons.
- Supporting entrepreneurs, both with existing businesses and startups.
Through these actions, my goal was to ensure that the aspiring entrepreneurs were well-prepared and had the best possible chance to successfully present their ideas on Dragons’ Den TV show.

Via two day workshops for each thematic area, participants had the opportunity of acquiring valuable knowledge and develop relative skills for dealing with ethical issues at their work environment, get familiar with design thinking mindset and resolving conflicts by applying proper negotiation techniques.

BUSINESS CENTER BLUE LAB, PIRAEUS
Sales & Marketing workshop
Business topics presentation about the most significant elements of a business plan, like break-even point, the importance of communication in sales, objections handling and the value of customer experience. All participants had the chance to engage in a constructive conversation in order to be helped and develop their own sales strategy based on the latest market trends.
PRAKSIS
The extraordinary program of Praksis BCC, sponsored by CITI FOUNDATION, continued for two more periods (13th & 14th ). Twenty-four startup and recently established companies took advantage from consulting services and business coaching by VK & ASSOCIATES, in terms of design, develop and apply their tailor made business plan.
UNIVERSITY OF CYPRUS
Team Management workshop | The 2nd workshop took place in Cyprus, between 4-5 of March, to Middle Managers who were in charge of small teams (or were going to become in the near future), at the premises of Cyprus University. Participants were trained at the modules of: Communication, Tasks Delegation, Staff Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management and Time Management, applying audio-visual tools and real time tests for theory understanding, based on internet cloud applications.
BLACK LIGHT
Business Planning project for the Social Cooperative Enterprise named “Black Light”, an enterprise that is consisted of people with blindness. Black Light team members, perform experience based educational activities and workshops that:
- help other people understand and feel how it looks like to have lost vision capability, in terms of social and professional aspects of life
- enhance communication, leadership, team building and empathy skills among people who work for a company
- revealing simple tips for servicing blind customers at sales points more effectively, thus increase revenue
ZELOS – WIND
Negotiations seminar | Participants had the chance to deepen on the extremely useful modules of: distributive vs integrative negotiation, zone of possible agreement, Best Alternative To Negotiated Agreement, Group negotiations, Game Theory in negotiation, negotiator styles etc. plus hints & tips for adapting the game to their interests.

Middle managers’ development workshop | The workshop took place in Cyprus, between 19-20 of November . Participants were trained at the modules of: Communication, Tasks Delegation, Staff Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management and Time Management, applying audio-visual tools and real time tests.
IME GSEVEE
Training and certification process for becoming Certified Mentor to the program of “Early Warning for businesses and Entrepreneurs” 2nd Chance European Network”, Early Warning Europe, funded by the European Initiative COSME with the participation of fifteen bodies (Ministries, Regions, Chambers, Social Partners and Non-Profit Organizations), from seven (7) countries (DENMARK, GERMANY, BELGIUM, GREECE, ITALY, SPAIN, POLAND) and aims to help close the gap by providing specialized assistance to businesses for:
- restructuring in a timely manner to preserve jobs and maintain their value, and
- support entrepreneurs who fail to have a “second chance”.
