Summary of major undertaken projects
Sales and negotiation seminar for the management team, focusing on market penetration strategies with medium and large enterprises, in the context of ESG-related topics.
November – December 2024
Launch of the SecuriGrowth Academy project, aimed at training company executives on topics such as communication and collaboration, effective meeting facilitation, corporate culture, and customer experience.
July – December 2024
Continuation of the collaboration from Season II with the channel and production team, acting as a Business Advisor for evaluating candidates seeking funding on Dragons’ Den Greece, with a focus on:
- Participating in the casting and filming process as part of the editorial team.
- Assessing and proposing improvements to business plans, both for existing and startup companies.
- Valuating businesses and exploring investment potential.
- Providing guidance on pitching the idea to the Dragons.
Through these actions, the goal was to ensure that aspiring entrepreneurs had the best possible preparation and opportunity to successfully present their ideas to the Dragons.

Training services provided to the participants of the “Craft your Business II” program, cycles 5 and 6, on topics related to entrepreneurship.
Negotiation seminar
A four-day negotiation seminar for the company’s executives, with a special focus on foreign markets, aiming to enhance their skills and improve their effectiveness in international commercial transactions.
Business Ethics & Human Resource Management seminars
As part of the ongoing training of university staff, two-day seminars were held, which significantly contributed to the acquisition of valuable knowledge and the development of relevant skills for all personnel in positions of responsibility.
Training services for the participants of the EQUALL program, on topics of female entrepreneurship
Collaborated with the channel and production team as a Business Advisor for evaluating candidates seeking funding within the framework of the Dragons’ Den show. My responsibilities included:
- Assessing business plans.
- Providing improvement suggestions for business plans.
- Company valuation and exploring funding opportunities.
- Offering advice on effectively communicating ideas to the Dragons.
- Supporting entrepreneurs, both with existing businesses and startups.
Through these actions, my goal was to ensure that the aspiring entrepreneurs were well-prepared and had the best possible chance to successfully present their ideas on Dragons’ Den TV show.
