Summary of major undertaken projects

2019

Negotiations seminar | Participants had the chance to deepen on the extremely useful modules of: distributive vs integrative negotiation, zone of possible agreement, Best Alternative To Negotiated Agreement, Group negotiations, Game Theory in negotiation, negotiator styles etc. plus hints & tips for adapting the game to their interests.
Sales & negotiation techniques seminar to the beneficiaries of NGO PRAKSIS Business Coaching Center (12th cycle) under the sponsorship of Citi Foundation and Oriflame Hellas.
Middle managers’ development workshop | The workshop took place in Cyprus, between 19-20 of November . Participants were trained at the modules of: Communication, Tasks Delegation, Staff Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management and Time Management, applying audio-visual tools and real time tests.
Training and certification process for becoming Certified Mentor to the program of "Early Warning for businesses and Entrepreneurs" 2nd Chance European Network”, Early Warning Europe, funded by the European Initiative COSME with the participation of fifteen bodies (Ministries, Regions, Chambers, Social Partners and Non-Profit Organizations), from seven (7) countries (DENMARK, GERMANY, BELGIUM, GREECE, ITALY, SPAIN, POLAND) and aims to help close the gap by providing specialized assistance to businesses for:

  • restructuring in a timely manner to preserve jobs and maintain their value, and
  • support entrepreneurs who fail to have a "second chance".

The Sales Workshop took place at the premises of American Farm School in Thessaloniki and at the hotel Miramare in Eretria, to Agronomists and the Management Team of LYDA S.A. The team worked on interactive tasks, applying sales and negotiation techniques that were presented in theory session.
Negotiation Skills workshop | Ιt took place in Cyprus, between 27-28 of May, at the facilities of Cyprus University (Nikosia) for the benefit of campus staff. Participants, through interactive tasks and audio visual usage, managed to make a deep dive to the main negotiation styles & techniques, discover basic tips and define their personal style as negotiators, something that gave them the chance to make appropriate adjustments in the future, so that adapt and correspond more efficiently to the demands of each case.
Finance for non-financial seminar execution, to the beneficiaries of of NGO PRAKSIS Business Coaching Center (11th cycle) under the sponsorship of Citi Foundation and Oriflame Hellas.
Workshop implementation for the registered members of Praksis Employability program, describing the energy market in Greece and the existing business opportunities for electricity and natural gas sales consultants.
Business agreement with Inagros, a Private Company which activates at smart farming system applications, by undertaking the role of COO and part of capital equity.

2018

Mutual agreement with Vodafone Hellas, for terminating the management of Cyta Shop Maroussi, after 7 years of operations with significant results on customer experience aspects and corporate sales growth.
Collaboration agreement with PPP company (Process People Purpose) as affiliate partner, for staff training and developing the retail market in Greece.
Sales & communication techniques seminar to the beneficiaries of NGO PRAKSIS Business Coaching Center (10th cycle) under the sponsorship of Citi Foundation and Oriflame Hellas.
Agreement expansion with nrg Trading House and Motor Oil (Hellas) in offering turn key solutions on provisioning natural gas in houses and corporates, through energeia.shop and dealers’ network.
Completion of the 10th program cycle, for PRAKSIS Business Consulting & Coaching center under the valuable contribution of CITI FOUNDATION that provided the necessary funding. Beneficiaries -startup companies- were given consulting & mentoring guidance for four months period.
Sales & communication techniques seminar to the beneficiaries of NGO PRAKSIS Business Coaching Center (9th cycle) under the sponsorship of Citi Foundation and Oriflame Hellas.
Implementation of Procurement Negotiations Masterclass that took place in Singapore, between 17-19 of April at Furama Hotel, under the auspices of Equip Global. Participants had the opportunity through experience based learning, video projection, views exchange and given feedback, to re-evaluate their personal negotiation style and make the appropriate adjustments, in order to adapt and correspond more efficiently to the demands of each case.
Business partnership agreement with Biziga (India) for market development of LeadPro application. LeadPro is a business simulation game that focuses on managers' leadership style and skills. This application has been used from more than 10.000 users in 35 countries.
INAGROS was awarded first, among other business schemes at the entrepreneurship contest of "PRAKSIS BCC Business Awards - Powered by the Citi Foundation", winning the prize of 2.000 euros. The business idea was developed by a students team of National Technical University of Athens and Agricultural University of Athens, supported and mentored by Vassilis Kassimatis for preparing and evaluating Business and Marketing Plans.

INAGROS has developed a technological toolkit that acts as a bridge between the farmer and the agriculturist, in order to apply more efficient cultivation methods, increase production, reduce costs and improve output in terms of quality.

2017

Sales training seminar to the beneficiaries of NGO PRAKSIS Business Coaching Center (8th cycle). The seminar took place at Oriflame Hellas premises, at Maroussi.
Web site re-design (UI & UX) and strategy revision for ARTEBELLUM SAS (www.artebellum.com), a leading European digital market place dedicated to collectors & investors of exceptional items such as: classic cars, collectors watches, vintage motorcycles and more.
Partnership agreement with Zelos Effective Solutions, for implementing as part of the project team (content development and participants’ training), the “Customer Experience Excellence” educational program. The program was custom designed for all employees of WIND Hellas Telecommunications, according to company’s strategy.
Working through international projects, VK & ASSOCIATES was assigned the facilitation of a three days workshop, titled “Procurement Negotiations Masterclass 2018” which would be held in Singapore, between 17-19 of April 2018.
Partnership agreement with Artemat Italy, for exclusive distribution in Greece, of advanced web services such as: Business Games simulation, soft & hard skills evaluation, decision-making and time management (Business Game, SkillGame, WebInBasket, Serious Game).
A two-day seminar was delivered to the Account Managers of External Call Centers, on June 26th and 28th at Forthnet-NOVA premises, covering the topics of Successful Sales Management. Participants had the opportunity to take a deep dive in sales related issues, such as: negotiation techniques, emotional intelligence and personal branding.
Completion of the 8th program cycle, for PRAKSIS Business Consulting & Coaching center under the valuable contribution of CITI FOUNDATION that provided the necessary funding. Beneficiaries -startup companies- were given consulting & mentoring guidance for four months period.
Project assignment by MASTER KEK, for developing and implementing training content on the fields of Sales and Marketing, in order to help beneficiaries –people currently unemployed- acquire useful knowledge and tools, so that enter the market fully prepared.

The project (also called Voucher 29-64) was funded by the EU and the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Solidarity.

In cooperation with Executive Options (the company that had undertaken the project of promoting volunteerism for the residents of Filothei and Psychiko), VK Consulting was delegated the facilitation of a two days workshop.

The workshop took place on 8th and 9th of May, and attracted a significant number of volunteers. The topics that were presented included: official and unofficial volunteerism, the volunteers’ profile, duties and obligations, benefits for the individual and the society as well, differences between volunteerism and charity etc. In addition, the audience watched some very touching videos that contained volunteers’ personal stories and the experiences they had, in a sentimental but still realistic manner.

Completion of the 7th program cycle, for PRAKSIS Business Consulting & Coaching center under the valuable contribution of CITI FOUNDATION that provided the necessary funding. Beneficiaries -startup companies- were given consulting & mentoring guidance for four months period.
Cooperation with OTE ACADEMY was extended, in order to execute vol.2 Leadership Educational Program called “YouLead EXELIXIS” for OTE GROUP middle management staff.

2016

The fruitful cooperation with OTE ACADEMY continuous, by undertaking the role of Leadership instructor for the educational program especially designed for OTE GROUP executives, called "YouLead EXELIXIS v.1"
Cooperation start with PRAKSIS (Independent Non-Govermental Organization) Business Coaching Center a unit for providing educational training, consulting and business coaching for free. The program is funded by VISA, lasts four months and assists proper candidates to implement their business idea, by composing a functional business plan, under the right guidance.
After successful cooperation to the 5th cycle of BCC program, we continue to the 6th cycle that starts on October, 2016.
Becoming Business Mentor to the pan European project called “Early Warning Europe”, a joint venture of the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants (IME GSEVEE), the Professional Chamber of Athens and the Danish Ministry of Entrepreneurship. The project initially started in 2007 and up to now has helped more than 5.000 Danish companies that faced deep crisis, by following a philosophy beyond market stereotypes, as shown to the following chart:

2015

Partnership extension with the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants (IME GSEVEE), undertaking the role of Research Fellow. Project title: “Consulting services to small enterprises, on topics of innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration”

In addition:

• Study development on behalf of “Small & Medium Enterprises Confederation of Attica region” for evaluating current market conditions and future prospects.
• Proposal syntax on behalf of “National Federation of Driving Instructors”, for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues.
• Successful evaluation for becoming member of Mentors’ Team, in order to provide mentoring services to beneficiary companies.

Partnership extension with “OTE ACADEMY” as External Associate – Instructor, for delivering seminars about Customer Experience, based on the project roll-out called “Βranded Custοmer Experience Excellence (BC2X)”.

Content development and seminar delivering on the topic of “Finance for not financial managers” to OTE GROUP senior staff.

Project assignment from the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants (IME GSEVEE) for consulting services to Small and Medium Enterprises.

Project assignment from “OTE ACADEMY” as External Associate – Instructor, for delivering seminars on the topic of customer experience for OTE GROUP OF COMPANIES. Project title: "Βranded Custοmer Experience Excellence (BC2X)".

Cooperation agreement with the companies “Learning System Hellas” and “Achieve Global”, as Senior Consultant & Trainer. Successful certification process from Zenger Folkman, regarding their leadership development program, titled “Extraordinary Leader”.

2013

Project assignment from “Piraeus Port Authority” for developing a mobile application, on Apple iOs environment, for iPhone & iPad users.

Project assignment from “PCM CONSULTING LTD”, for providing Project Management services, regarding the “Learning Network” project, launched by the Greek Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Welfare. Estimated duration: 12 months.

Partnership extension with “PCM CONSULTING LTD”, as Business Consultant-Facilitator, regarding the “Learning Network” modules “Working together” and “Social solidarity”, implemented in the town of Agrinio (Epirus geographical region).

Project assignment for “KEK DIASTASI” for delivering seminars to the personnel of the following companies:

• Carrefour Marinipoulos (locations: Athens, Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Rhodes, Larissa, Karditsa, Patra, Argos)

Project assignment from “KEK DIASTASI” for facilitating, as Business Consultant, a group of Romanian Entrepreneurs, in presenting the philosophy and methodology of “Learning Project” and transfer the relative knowledge, according to “Alternative Pentru Somaj” project, which is financed from the European Social Fund of Romania.

2012

Project assignment from “Deutsche Telekom AG” , for identifying business development opportunites in Greece, regarding M2M (machine-to-machine) communication services. The project is called “M2M Lead and Project Generation” and it has 6 months duration.

Project assignment from “Gennima, Reproduction and Fertility Treatment Center” for procurement negotiations on annual basis (services, material, equipment).

Project assignment from «Replayce, Alternative Educational System» (nominate in 2010 from “Stelios Hajioannou” awards), for developing a business plan in order to grow the business in Geece and international markets. “Replayce” founder and COO is Mrs. Errika Prezerakou, a champion on pole vault in Greece (2004).

Project assignment from “Movvino Ltd.” in developing and promoting customized application software on smartphones, for usage from blind and visually impaired people.
