Summary of major undertaken projects
Middle managers’ development workshop | The workshop took place in Cyprus, between 19-20 of November . Participants were trained at the modules of: Communication, Tasks Delegation, Staff Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management and Time Management, applying audio-visual tools and real time tests.
Training and certification process for becoming Certified Mentor to the program of “Early Warning for businesses and Entrepreneurs” 2nd Chance European Network”, Early Warning Europe, funded by the European Initiative COSME with the participation of fifteen bodies (Ministries, Regions, Chambers, Social Partners and Non-Profit Organizations), from seven (7) countries (DENMARK, GERMANY, BELGIUM, GREECE, ITALY, SPAIN, POLAND) and aims to help close the gap by providing specialized assistance to businesses for:
- restructuring in a timely manner to preserve jobs and maintain their value, and
- support entrepreneurs who fail to have a “second chance”.

The Sales Workshop took place at the premises of American Farm School in Thessaloniki and at the hotel Miramare in Eretria, to Agronomists and the Management Team of LYDA S.A. The team worked on interactive tasks, applying sales and negotiation techniques that were presented in theory session.
Negotiation Skills workshop | Ιt took place in Cyprus, between 27-28 of May, at the facilities of Cyprus University (Nicosia) for the benefit of campus staff. Participants, through interactive tasks and audio visual usage, managed to make a deep dive to the main negotiation styles & techniques, discover basic tips and define their personal style as negotiators, something that gave them the chance to make appropriate adjustments in the future, so that adapt and correspond more efficiently to the demands of each case.
Business agreement with Inagros, a Private Company which activates at smart farming system applications, by undertaking the role of COO and part of capital equity.
Completion of the 10th program cycle, for PRAKSIS Business Consulting & Coaching center under the valuable contribution of CITI FOUNDATION that provided the necessary funding. Beneficiaries -startup companies- were given consulting & mentoring guidance for four months period.
Implementation of Procurement Negotiations Masterclass that took place in Singapore, between 17-19 of April at Furama Hotel, under the auspices of Equip Global. Participants had the opportunity through experience based learning, video projection, views exchange and given feedback, to re-evaluate their personal negotiation style and make the appropriate adjustments, in order to adapt and correspond more efficiently to the demands of each case.
INAGROS was awarded first, among other business schemes at the entrepreneurship contest of “PRAKSIS BCC Business Awards – Powered by the Citi Foundation”, winning the prize of 2.000 euros. The business idea was developed by a students team of National Technical University of Athens and Agricultural University of Athens, supported and mentored by Vassilis Kassimatis for preparing and evaluating Business and Marketing Plans.
INAGROS has developed a technological toolkit that acts as a bridge between the farmer and the agriculturist, in order to apply more efficient cultivation methods, increase production, reduce costs and improve output in terms of quality.
Web site re-design (UI & UX) and strategy revision for ARTEBELLUM SAS (www.artebellum.com), a leading European digital market place dedicated to collectors & investors of exceptional items such as: classic cars, collectors watches, vintage motorcycles and more.
Partnership agreement with Zelos Effective Solutions, for implementing as part of the project team (content development and participants’ training), the “Customer Experience Excellence” educational program. The program was custom designed for all employees of WIND Hellas Telecommunications, according to company’s strategy.
